We specialise in Long-term Residential Nursing Care, Respite Care and End of Life Care.
We pride ourselves on being End of Life Champions. Often people think that if a family member or friend is diagnosed with a terminal illness, they will need to stay in hospital or move to a hospice. We specialise in caring for people with a terminal illness and those who might be nearing the end of their life.
We have a holistic approach to palliative and end of life care, supporting both Residents and their loved ones throughout. The care we give during this time is focussed on the needs and wishes of the Resident and their family.
We give our Residents a quality of life by respecting and upholding their individual choices and delivering pain and symptom management to help them to live their last days in a dignified and cared for manner.
We liaise with Specialist Nurses (such as Marie Curie and Macmillan), local churches, and community health and social care professionals. We also have a staff member who is qualified to give aromatherapy and gentle massage treatments if required.
